Sea Breeze House MenuWhy Antony Worrall Thompson? Richard was fortunate to meet Antony at the Henley Regatta. He explained we were moving to Devon for our new venture at Sea Breeze House. Antony kindly signed an autograph for us and wished us well. We kept communications open via e-mail and asked if he could arrange to give us a signature dish for Sea Breeze House. He responded with the following: “Hi Annette He enclosed the recipe for Lamb Shanks with Garlic, Rosemary & Flageolet Beans. We also contacted him later to tell him how great his Lamb Shanks were doing and how our guests were enjoying this dish tremendously! We also asked if we could have a picture for our website He responded: “Hi again The lamb Shanks is a hearty dish and popular with our guests. It takes a loving 3-4 hours to cook but so worth it! What a Jolly nice Chap he is! Thank you Antony |
